The Course You Choose Today Often Decides the Profession You Enter Tomorrow
Choosing the right career path is one of the biggest decisions in life.
When it comes to marriage, most of us spend a great deal of time selecting the right life partner because we know that decision influences a major part of our life.
I believe choosing the right career deserves the same level of attention.
Most students begin shaping their career around the age of sixteen when they choose their higher secondary group. From that point onwards, every major educational decision gradually influences the profession they enter in the future. In many cases, that profession remains a significant part of their life until retirement.
The course you choose today often decides the profession you enter tomorrow. That is why choosing the right field of higher studies is not simply about selecting a college course.
It is about choosing a direction that may influence your income, your lifestyle, your peace of mind and your long term career satisfaction.
Unfortunately, making that decision has become more difficult than ever before. A few decades ago, students had only a limited number of choices.
But today, there are hundreds of courses, thousands of colleges and countless career opportunities.
Even within a single field like engineering, students have many branches to choose from, including Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Chemical and many others.
The same situation exists in medicine, science and several other professional fields.
With so many options available, it is perfectly natural for both students and parents to feel confused.
Everyone wants to choose the best possible path.
But the real question is not, "Which course is the best?"
The real question is, "Which course is the best for this particular student?"
Every student is unique. Each student has different strengths, different abilities, different interests and a different way of thinking.
Therefore, it is unrealistic to expect that the same educational path will suit everyone equally well. This is where astrology can offer valuable guidance.
An experienced astrologer studies the horoscope to identify the educational fields that are naturally more supportive for the native. Instead of choosing a course based only on trends, popularity or the opinions of others, astrology helps us understand the strengths indicated in the horoscope and the educational directions that are more likely to produce better long term results.
A Real Experience From My Consultation Practice
A few years ago, a family approached me for an online KP Astrology consultation regarding higher studies for their son.
Like many parents, they had a dream. They wanted their son to become a doctor. Their intention was genuine. They believed medicine would provide him with a bright future, a respected profession and long term financial stability.
Before making the final decision, they wanted to know whether his horoscope supported the medical field.
I carefully analyzed his horoscope using KP Astrology.
While analyzing the horoscope, I noticed something important. The Sun, which signifies the medical field, was not favorable for the native. In addition, the other supporting factors required for medical education were also weak.
However, another combination immediately caught my attention. Mercury, which signifies engineering, was strongly placed in the horoscope. Both Saturn and Mars were also highly supportive. In general, Saturn signifies mechanical engineering, while Mars signifies civil engineering.
After completing my analysis, I explained my observations to the family.
I told them that, according to the horoscope, engineering appeared to be much more supportive than medicine. Among the various engineering branches, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering looked particularly promising.
I also told them something that I say during every consultation.
I Am a Consultant, Not an Instructor. My Responsibility Is to Explain What I See in the Horoscope. The Final Decision Will Always Be Yours.
They listened carefully and appreciated my explanation. However, becoming a doctor had always been their dream.
After discussing it among themselves, they decided to continue with the medical path.
Their son prepared for the NEET examination with full dedication and they hoped for the best.
Unfortunately, things did not go as they had expected.
The result was disappointing. He could not secure the outcome they had been hoping for, and almost one full year was spent preparing for NEET without achieving their goal.
After some time, the family reached out to me again for a follow-up consultation. This time, they openly shared what had happened.
They said, "Sir, we understand your advice now. We followed our dream instead of the horoscope. The result was not in our favour. Please guide us again."
My answer was exactly the same as before. The horoscope had not changed. The combinations were still pointing towards engineering, particularly Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.
Based on the horoscope, I once again advised them to participate in the engineering counselling process and consider those fields seriously. After discussing the available options, they chose Mechanical Engineering.
The student joined a good engineering college and pursued the course sincerely.
He worked hard throughout his college education, developed his technical knowledge and successfully completed his degree.
During his final year, he attended campus placement interviews. He was selected by a reputed company through campus recruitment.
When the family informed me about his placement, they were extremely happy.
I was happy for them too, not because my prediction had come true, but because a student had finally found a career path that suited him well.
What This Experience Really Teaches
That consultation has remained in my memory ever since. It reminded me that choosing the right educational field is just as important as choosing the right destination before beginning a long journey.
When we move in a direction that is naturally supported by the horoscope, our efforts are often rewarded more smoothly. On the other hand, when we repeatedly pursue a path that the horoscope does not favour, we may end up spending unnecessary time, money and effort before eventually changing direction.
Of course, every horoscope is different. Every student is different. This experience does not mean that every student should become an engineer or a doctor. It simply highlights an important principle.
The educational field should suit the individual, and the horoscope can provide valuable guidance in identifying those suitable fields.
Every year, I meet students who complete a degree in one discipline but eventually build their career in a completely different field. Some realise halfway through their studies that they are not interested in the course they selected.
Others spend years preparing for a particular profession before deciding to change direction. Such situations often result in unnecessary loss of time, money and effort.
This does not mean that success comes automatically. The student's interest, dedication, discipline and continuous effort will always play an important role. However, when sincere effort is combined with a career path that is naturally supportive according to the horoscope, the journey often becomes more meaningful and rewarding.
If you are facing a similar decision for yourself or your child, a KP Astrology consultation can help you understand which educational fields are naturally more supportive according to the horoscope. The final decision will always be yours.
My role is simply to help you make that decision with greater clarity and confidence.
